- Responsible for the security and accountability of student test booklets, at home, during transport, and at the testing location.

- General experience is progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled, such as, 1) providing customer service to a variety of individuals; 2) utilizes a variety of office automation resources to complete tasks; and 3) properly maintains work materials.
- Education: Two years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
