- Issue any related CO's to the Base Building Contractor, and work with SW to insure funding is by the tenant.
- Including, ID Schedule windows for any TI work needed prior to turnover or in spaces outside of their control ( Elec, Data, Tel Rms, etc
- Walk thru and help document Tenant acceptance of space, and any temp services needed to perform their work.
- Interface with base buildings General Contractor to coordinate and then oversee tenant contractors conformance with; access/schedule to Elevator, Loading Dock, Staging, Access, trash dumpsters, etc.
- Reviewing Base Schedule, Tenant schedules/install, and the coordination of TI work with Base Work. See attached example.
