- Responsible for providing white glove technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software of company executives.
- The Executive Support Specialist will primarily to provide white-glove technical support the companys Executive users on various technical issues and requests relating to hardware, software, access, and peripherals or any other business-critical tasks that is required.
- They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA. The support specialist must have excellent problem-solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, while providing white glove service and attitude.
- The Specialist will also perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention.
