- The Teller / CSR performs a broad variety of customer services.
- Responsible for opening & processing new accounts of all types; answering customer inquiries; cross selling all bank services/products; makes customer calls; performs various clerical duties; and performs other duties as may be assigned or directed.
- Teller duties include; processing numerous types of customer transactions, balance and maintain a teller cash drawer, balance ATM's, maintain workstation in a clean, efficient, and organized manner, and be knowledgeable and adhere to all security procedures.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; bank product and services training preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in related banking positions preferred.
