- Coordinates season planning and creates master production calendar in collaboration with the Theatre Manager.
- In collaboration with the Department Chair, Theatre Manager, and Admin & Fiscal Support Specialist, develops a detailed budget for all scheduled productions.
- In consultation with the Technical Director and Costume Shop Manager, coordinates contracts and monitors work hours for scene, electrics, and costume shop graduate assistants and paid hourly shop workers.
- Evaluates and coordinates Facilities use contracts and MOAs, and stewards the financial accounts payable and receivable for these events in collaboration with the Kennedy Theatre Facilities Committee.
- Manages UH's Sakamoto Catalog, which includes fully licensed performances, scenes, and book rights, by setting charges, working with the Office of Innovation and Commercialization on contracts, creating invoices, and ensuring funds are received.
