- Requirements Experience in a technical support/help desk environment Supporting internet connectivity, networking, VoIP, and WiFi. CompTIA Net+ Certification or equivalent Working knowledge with the following platforms: Ubiquiti, Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet Working knowledge of RF theory and best practice.
