- Located on-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, the Technical Storeroom Clerk coordinates the activities in the Technical Storeroom, utilizing SAP and the CMMS system.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Planner, the Technical Storeroom Clerk will develop and maintain a supplier base that supports company objectives regarding quality, cost, and production requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures to support the Plants buying needs.
- The Technical Storeroom Clerk will partner with support functions to identify and resolve unplanned inefficiencies, events, quality, safety, cost and other losses attributed to the area, using problem solving techniques and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Responsible for creating, processing, and maintaining purchase orders, entering data into computerized systems, tracking delivery information, and processing monthly quality reports, via the SAP and CMMS systems.
- Address and resolve the issues related to the management of the storeroom, including invoice discrepancies, disposition of rejected parts, and non-conforming parts.
