- The Technical Manager will be a senior leader within RSE and an essential contributor to achievement of the Authority's ambitious sustainability and resilience objectives, including Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy production, sustainable construction, climate and extreme weather resilience, and more.
- The Technical Manager need not have deep expertise in all relevant subject matter, but rather must oversee the successful delivery of a variety of sustainability- and resilience-themed engineering and architectural Standards.
- Occasional contribution to Capital Project delivery, tenant project review, and other core sustainability and/or resilience initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline, architecture, landscape architecture, construction management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry focused on sustainability and/or climate resilience.
