- Administering and improving in-house developed DMS which utilizes role-based access, process driven approval mechanisms, status-driven knowledge asset availability and historical versioning capabilities, yearly review cycle management, categorization and filtering, compliance reporting, and content-aware searching functionality
- Developing, communicating, managing, and improving organizational procedures and training aids for the submission, review, and approval of documentation to be managed in the DMS, in alignment with approved Knowledge Management (KM) policies
- Developing, delivering, and improving periodic DMS-based management reports to ensure organizational awareness and compliance with documentation audit requirements
- Collaborating directly with the organization's Knowledge Management Officer, KM Practice Manager, and ITIL Process SME to ensure the documentation pillar of the Knowledge Management strategy continually meets stakeholder requirements
- Reviewing/evaluating all documentation to be submitted to DMS for grammatical errors and usability and coaching/iterating with submitters to improve overall quality and finalize documentation for submission
