- Plan, organize, and coordinate activities with Functional Specialists, including contracting, engineering, program control, configuration and data management, test, and logistics operations support
- Support system planning and market analysis and provide technical subject matter expertise on engineering documents in the program, project, and Systems Engineering Management Plans.
- Coordinates cost and schedule issues with both the respective Regional Site Manager and the Business Operations Director, when appropriate
- Relevant industry standard certifications such as Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), or equivalent certification
- This position requires an active Top Secret clearance
