- Radware Advanced Services organization is looking for top–notch, energetic, effective, and willing to engage Technical Account Manager - to take a holistic responsibility on technical execution and success of Radware strategic customers in EMEA and CALA.
- TAM is working in front of customers, leading Radware security portfolio architecture and maintenance according to the best practices, cooperates on a daily basis with Professional Services Engineering, Global Support, Cloud Operation, R&D and Product Management teams inside Radware, to ensure customers gain the best value and service.
- Cooperating with different departments in Radware internally (Support, Cloud, Professional Services, R&D), to ensure customers gain the best value and service
- At least 5 years industry relevant, Networking and Security integration/maintenance work experience
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of networking equipment (routing, switching), firewalls, IDS/IPS, network protocols and DoS protection
