- Job Description Job Description We currently have an open position for a Technical Account Manager, TAM, working out of our headquarters in Worcester, MA and reporting directly to the Director of Client Success.
- The TAMs principal role is to provide planning, budgeting, and strategic direction to our clients in relation to information technology and systems.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure including design and implementation.
- Previous project management experience and/or prior experience in a Managed Service Provider or IT Consulting environment a plus.
- Communicating potential risks related to cyber-security, network security and industry specific compliance.
