- Leads direct communication with MLB Club/Concession buyers and MLB Front Office Marketing Departments, Fanatics Sales Managers and Fanatics Retail Service Pros to provide functional and detailed support & customer service to meet the needs of those partners
- Works with order fulfillment, manufacturing, and distribution to execute in-season replenishment in a timely matter to capitalize on home stand sales, helping to prioritize & expedite orders to ensure on-time deliveries for in-season published replenishment turn times
- Supports Sales Manager during Futures booking windows and on in-season program launch opportunities
- Works closely with MLB Clubs front offices on product assortments such as T-shirt giveaway days, fantasy camps, youth baseball academies, and various product needs for in stadium promotions
- Build, manage, and distribute MLB/INST weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual dashboards
