- Provides consultation to leaders and team members focusing on performance management, conflict resolution, policy interpretation and application, and effective responses to employment charges.
- Responsibilities also include seeking process improvement opportunities and coaching Team Member Relations Consultants.
- Serves as resource, mentor, and coach to Team Member Relations Consultants.
- Serves as a liaison between site based HR leadership and team member relations, ensuring proper communication, collaboration and information sharing and skillfully advises leaders and team members on performance management issues including coaching, performance review, and corrective action.
- Collaborates with legal department to respond to employment charges from government agencies (e.g. EEOC), state agencies (e.g. Illinois or Wisconsin Department of Human Rights), as well as attorney liens.
