- We are seeking a Team Lead Warranty to join our team at the Nissan North Americas Customer Resource Center in Murfreesboro, TN.Job Functions:Support the daily operation of the Powertrain or Warranty Call Center group by providing direct department support, monitoring Service Level and directing agent work flow.
- Provides leadership support and training for WCC/PCC personnel regarding Warranty, Service Contract, Campaign, and Goodwill claim pre-approvals, post-approvals, coding assistance labor rate surveys, ARC, LEAF Lib battery and credit debit requests.
- Previous automotive experience at either the manufacturer or dealership level is desirable, especially in the parts and service area.
- Powertrain Call Center (PCC)Four or more years of related experience at a professional level.
- ASE Master Technician.
