- Stinson LLP is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney with zero to five years of transactional experience and a strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs), to join our growing Tax Credit & Impact Finance group.
- Candidates with commercial real estate experience, commercial lending experience, structured finance and/or general federal income tax experience would also be well-suited for this position.
- Superior academic performance and excellent writing and analytical skills are required.
