- Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, Talent Acquisition Manager will execute the iTi's procurement strategies and ensure the integrity of business processes in acquiring all Goods and Services needed for Interpretation, Translation, Marketing, Sales and other departments.
- The core responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Manager is to validate resource requirements, identify and evaluate requirements, coordinate and negotiate contracts with multilingual linguists (interpreters) other suppliers, and expedite where necessary.
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will facilitate, cross-train and be conscious of various departments, gain in-depth knowledge of their needs and processes to recruit and source the right resources.
- Understands business objectives and ongoing workforce plan/resource needs by developing collaborative relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including hiring managers, business leaders, department managers, and HR management.
- 50% - Identify and recruit multilingual linguists (interpreters) and source services for Translation, Call-center, and Marketing departments to meet their ever-growing needs.
