What You’ll Get To Do Provide analysis, design, development, and integration of hardware, software, human-machine interfaces, and all system level requirements and functional objectives to provide an integrated EIT solution while considering the limitations imposed by practicality, regulation, safety, and cost. Develops integrated system test requirement, strategies, devices, and systems. Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluating and installing patches and resolve software related problems. Perform system backups and recovery. Maintain data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. This is not a sit there and do the same thing everyday type job. </li></ul>You’ll Bring These Qualifications <ul><li>US Citizenship required.</li><li>Ability to obtain a secret clearance.</li><li>University Degree (BS) in computer science or engineering (5 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree). </li></ul>At Least One Year Of Experience With The Following <ul><li>Experience or knowledge with securing systems by following government/compliance requirements (such as NIST 800-53, NIST 800-27, NIST 800-137, FISMA, FEDRAMP, STIG).</li><li>Experience with systems administration in Windows Server, Azure or Linux.</li><li>Experience with servers, network devices and data center protocols (i.e., installing, maintaining, accessing).</li><li>Experience with customer (internal or external) interactions, including presenting, answering questions, proactively resolving issues.</li><li>Experience working within a VMWare environment.</li><li>Experience or knowledge with Agile/Kanban, ITIL, or Git/GitHub.</li><li>Experience or knowledge creating and analyzing PowerShell, Ansible, Bash, JAVA based, YAML and/or Python scripts – basically you need to know how to connect things for automation needs.</li><li>Cybersecurity knowledge and ability to apply to everyday IT situations. </li></ul>Certification Requirement <ul><li>1 or more Relevant Technical and/or Security Certifications (e.g., Network +, Security+, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, CISSP, CCNA, CCDA, CCNA-Security, etc.) – if you do not have, you will probably be asked to obtain one or more once you start. Are you motivated enough!?! </li></ul>These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have <ul><li>1+ years’ cumulative experience with log management, network firewalls, and testing.
