- Work alongside the team to provide helpdesk coverage during an early, mid, or late shift as needed, taking on incidents and requests through various channels (email, phone, chat, and web-portal).
- Manage user requests for assistance via Atlassian service desk platform, prioritizing and carrying issues to resolution.
- Troubleshoot problems with hardware or software, including (but not limited to): Windows 10, VMware VDI, Dell Networking, NSX, MS Exchange E-mail, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, line of business applications (Symitar, Synergy, etc.)
- Ensures that appropriate policies are in place with regards to Mobile Device Management (MDM), to support all possible end-user workplace environments.
