- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST with an On-Call rotation schedule, one week at a time about 4-6 times a year.
- Attend scheduled client appointments daily to provide end user support and to maintain, upgrade and manage client infrastructures.
- Validate & Test Backup Solutions (File, Image, & Disaster Recovery)
- Work alongside with Account Management Team in delivering a great client experience in a timely fashion.
