- The System Administrator will team-up with internal staff to provide in-depth technical support and is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, security, and reliable operations of computer systems and servers for internal employee use.
- This Individual will install hardware and software and participate in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the IT compliance and business needs of the organization.
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, security, and reliable operations of all company IT infrastructure including, but not limited to, user devices, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Resolve Technical problems and system updates with technology stack, computer (MacOS, Windows OS and Linux OS) and server systems to limit work disruptions within the company; Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including intrusion detection, threat modeling, firewalls, antivirus software, capacity planning, audit logging management, patch, and vulnerability management.
