- This position will focus on the continued accelerated growth of Twilio’s business across EMEA. In the last 3 years we have experienced 10 x growth across the team and the business in EMEA and the aim is to continue that trajectory into 2022 and beyond.
- The desired leader will be a key figurehead for Twilio in EMEA and while having direct control of the sales team, they will be responsible for the Go To Marker (GTM) team in the Region and the GM and P&L owner.
- As a senior leader in EMEA, you must be a visible advocate and champion for our values, the Twilio Magic, helping build Twilio’s brand as an inclusive and diverse employer both internally and within the communities of our hubs in EMEA. You must believe that a diverse team, from the top down, allows all employees to achieve their full potential and as a result will allow Twilio to reach our goals, collectively.
