- The Sushi Cook will report to the Executive Chef and will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation.
- Our Global Planning, Global Sales, and Hospitality service solutions collaborate on every project to ensure success across each of our six verticals including professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international, and conventions.
- We know what it's like to be on the team, business, or athletic department side, which drives our passion in creating solutions for our partners.
- The Sushi Cook is responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers in a variety of duties relating to a fine dining culinary experience and maintaining sanitation standards.
- Follows Executive Chef and Sous Chefs assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
