- Under the supervision of the Director of Engineering, or their designee, performs survey work including, but not limited to, existing topography data collection, survey data reduction, preparation of topographic base drawings, boundary surveys, construction staking and calculations, easement preparation, and property negotiations.
- Functions as a field inspector, as needed, during the course of construction projects.
- Completes in-house title searches on properties to complete the necessary right-of-way documentation to comply with federal requirements for state and federal funded construction projects.
- Acts as a Notary Public for all legal documents.
- Education: An Associate's Degree in Land Surveying or related field is required.
