- The Contact Center Support Specialist responds to, assists and guides Contact Center team members’ questions and need for understanding to help deliver quality member experience and provide resolution for member’s inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitors all incoming communications mainly through Help Desk channel
- Utilizes thorough knowledge and understanding of GECU products, services, policies, and procedures to be able to provide accurate and appropriate guidance to assist team members
- Promotes team members to leverage all GECU training products including Knowledge Base as well as GECU methodologies such as Consultative Essentials
- As requested, may assist leadership in assigned projects relating to member support inquiries
