- One of the following: 5+ years of IT service experience in a business environment and CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification Associate‘s degree with 2+ years of IT service experience in a business environment and CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification Bachelor‘s degree with 1+ years of IT service experience in a business environment and CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification
