- Handle escalated support requests and incidents from clients, Help Desk, Support Engineering team, NOC, or other engineers, Provide technical guidance and expertise.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of complex technical issues across various IT infrastructure components, including physical and virtual servers, networking devices such as firewall, switches and AP’s, storage systems such as SAN or NAS, and virtualization platforms.
- An associate degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1-3 years’ experience as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, or Network Administrator (preferred).
- OR certification in more than one of the following: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cloud+, Security, Windows Operating Systems Fundamentals, Network Fundamentals, Cloud Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and/or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Meraki Certified or Fortinet Certified is a plus.
