- Manage, guide, and develop all Supply Chain functions within materials and production planning and factory warehouse to meet production and business needs at required performance levels and at optimized costs.
- Support and participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) as a part of their job responsibility within their Business Unit or as assigned within the factory.
- Collaborate with peer factory Supply Chain managers to share best practices, Liaise with Lean Champion, Supply Chain, Procurement, Factory Management and Application Group to drive continuous Improvement.
- BS/BA degree (preferably in an Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Management) highly preferred.
