- Role Profile The Performance Films NAR Supply Chain Manager provides leadership and is accountable for maximizing Supply Chain effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the demands of a rapidly growing business with a fluid supply & demand environment.
- He/she is responsible for setting the appropriate regional Supply Chain strategy in line with the Businesses’ Operating Model and acts as a strategic thought partner for the regional Product, Commercial & Manufacturing teams, as well as the Global Supply Chain Director, who the role reports into.
- Owner of the short-term horizon regional supply plan (0-6 mth) and related processes and routines.
- Provides input to regional 3rd party service provider contracts in close cooperation with Logistics and procurement; ensures business requirements are met.
- A minimum of 10-year experience in a leadership position in a supply chain environment with focus on IBP/S&OP, inventory management, supply chain performance management.
