- Prepare new or modifies previous management analyses, assessments, or other products by applying expert judgment and ingenuity in interpreting information and providing recommendations or making decisions which impact manpower, and other Human Capitol policies and programs.
- Attend or represents the senior leadership at Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and Office of Personnel Management meetings, conferences and workshops presenting views of the organization on a wide variety of civilian/military personnel management topics/issues.
- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI and SAP components.
- Providing oversight and direction on planning, personnel requirements and resources related to Intelligence and Security program management, including resource management, and technical enterprise capability management; planning budgetary cycles, to include budget formulation and execution for intelligence program planning.
- Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
