- Overseeing the back office process from design, obtaining pre-requisites for all work orders, preparation of Purchase Requisitions, Planning & Scheduling of all distribution work, and closeout of work orders.
- Provide technical support for the operations of the Company's electric T&D system that may involve service work, service administration, field planning, trouble calls, safety process, work order/AE processing, use of SAP WMS, obtaining/expediting construction materials, joint facilities billing, customer billing jobs, and/or storm restoration.
- For integration of all Transmission, Substation, and Distribution Capital, New Customer, Maintenance and Reliability Projects under the responsibility of Electric Operations Central Maine Power.
- Oversight of the service coordination process to ensure employees are proactively interacting with internal and external customers, including but not limited to, contractors, electricians, customers regarding all aspects of the new service process.
- Avangrid employees may be assigned a system emergency role and in the event of a system emergency, may be required to work outside of their regular schedule/job duties.
