- Fairfield University seeks to fill the role of Success Coach for Graduate Online Programs.
- In the true spirit of our Jesuit Tradition & Values, Cura Personalis or care of the whole person, the role of the Success Coach is to act as a resource to all online, remote, low-residency and hybrid graduate students.
- 25% – Support student success using online systems: Use a variety of technologies (such as Banner, Anthology, Slate, Teams, and Blackboard) to create meaningful interactions and support for students.
- 25% – Programming and Advocacy: In support of expanding and easing access for online students, work to improve programs and develop initiatives that encourage Graduate Online student engagement with academic support resources and student development opportunities.
- 10% – Campus Collaboration and Professional Development: Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with colleagues, program directors, staff, and faculty to support student success.
