- The Office of University Advising Initiatives and Student Success is seeking three (3) enthusiastic individuals to serve in the role as Success Coach.
- Success Coaches serve as mission-guided, student centric professionals who serve as the primary contact to first-year students to help navigate academic, vocational, social and wellness journeys while promoting belonging, agency and engagement in and outside the classroom.
- This position will report to the Director of University Advising Initiatives and Student Success (Academic Affairs & Learning Initiatives) with additional accountability to the Dean of Students Office (Student Development)
- Completion of Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, social work or similar discipline
- Commitment to delivering equitable and culturally appropriate holistic student support
