- Job Description Montgomery College, Office of Student Affairs, Central Services, has an immediate need for a full-time Student Affairs Office Operations Director.

- The Student Affairs Office Operations Director provides leadership support to the Senior VP by overseeing operational and administrative functions of the Senior VP’s office; managing and analyzing the budget; and performing strategic planning.
- Duties include but are not limited to: Support and collaborate with the Senior VP and Associate Senior Vice Presidents for Student Affairs to implement initiatives, including maximizing office effectiveness and developing strategies, goals, policies, practices, and projects.
- Lead Senior VP administrative staff in managing division events and activities; manage outside consultants; coordinate legal and legislative matters in conjunction with the Associate Senior Vice Presidents for Student Affairs.
