- Responsible for continuing the growth and expansion of the FMS business in the AMER region.
- The overall goal for the Strategic Development Manager is to deliver specifically targeted, profitable, and sustainable growth for the business, with line accountability for sales.
- This must be achieved through driving the development and execution of the BU commercial strategy.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify market potential including new regional target areas, new market segments, establishes pricing and market strategies, estimates potential sales, introduce market, distribution/channel issues, and manages mature product through phase‐out.
- Defines promotional activities, publicizing the product through the press, sales force, and alternate distribution channelsProvides expertise in particular product area and develops strategies and applicable portions of the company business planPlans, organizes, and coordinates assigned programs to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resourcesManages resources to execute assigned programsDevelop market and growth opportunities with PL extension.
