- As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for revenue growth and profitability through the management of assigned major accounts and for creating and maintaining positive customer relationships by providing account management, excellent customer service, and technical assistance.
- Contract review, factory load, technical order information, product cost history, ongoing technical support, negotiation of expedited customer specifications, and forecasting customer needs by analyzing records of present and past sales.
- May coordinate requests for quotation activities to include cost and technical review with sales, production and engineering personnel.
