- The Nursing Assistant (STNA) is responsible for providing direct care to residents, assisting the clinical team in providing activities of daily living for the residents and works under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- The STNA works in accordance with facility policies and procedures and reports resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
- Ensure timely notification of resident related information, including changes in resident condition (example: weight loss, skin condition changes), to a licensed nurse for further direction.
- Perform other related duties as directed by Director of Nursing and/or person of authority.
