- The research-focused Postdoctoral Fellow will play a pivotal role in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing new initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive culture in line with our organization’s values and goals.
- The STEM Postdoctoral Fellow will work closely with CfA Director Lisa Kewley and CfA Associate Director Kim-Vy Tran on:Literature Review and Research: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews on diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in academia, particularly within STEM fields.
- Data Analysis: Analyze existing institutional data and external research findings to inform the development and assessment of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Research: Conduct independent research in diversity and inclusion in astronomy, focusing on the recruitment, retention of people from underrepresented minority groups.
