Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product design or UX. Experience designing and leading mobile, desktop product software or services. Preferred qualifications: Experience in UX prototyping for web applications, and technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and Java. Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools. Ability to be detail-oriented and grow in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work on schedule. Excellent people management, communication, and collaboration skills. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
