- ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesUnder the Director or designee, the staff nurse provides and documents, goals-oriented nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in accordance with the philosophy and policies of St. Mary's Medical Center.
- The staff nurse utilizes principles of the nursing process and coordinates clinically related activities to provide for the effective delivery of healthcare.
