- As a Senior Technical Consultant you will apart of our ServiceNow Practice Team and will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNows solutions and services, in a client consulting environment.
- The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible to develop, invest, and maintain thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow ITSM product capabilities and complimentary technologies in a client-consulting environment including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Level Agreement / Management, Asset, Vendor, Contract and Procurement Management; Customer Service Management, Custom Scoped Applications, ServicePortal.
- Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow solutions
- Achieve ServiceNow Practice and Individual KPI’s and Metrics as defined
- Experience with SaaS / PaaS environments such as AWS, Azure
