- Project Management is defined to mean the collaboration and integration with all members of the construction team to achieve pre-defined objectives, recognize preconceived constraints, and facilitate solutions discovered during the preconstruction and construction phase to collectively deliver an on-time, on-budget project
- Full responsibility for strength in performance on simple contracted projects encompassing financial, program, quality, safety and client relationship aspects.
- Accountable for risk identification and mitigation.
- Leadership with affiliated resources (procurement, detailing, engineering, production, shipping and field crews).
- Minimum of 5 years of structural steel construction related project management involvement (set-up, budget assignment, schedule development, project controls (drawings, costs and milestones), in-house staff direction, financial flows, contract compliance, field direction, sub-trade and vendor management.)
