We are looking for a passionate, result-oriented, and influential Sr. Program Manager to drive the Operations Experience for AWD. This candidate must be an effective partner, as they will need to drive issue resolution and experience improvements through Operations partners. Key job responsibilities Key responsibilities for the Sr. Program Manager (Ops Experience) will include Seller escalation tracking & resolution, defect reduction, provide the business perspective for new product and site launches.
