- The Sr. Payroll Specialist is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company's payroll system (Namely) along with posting payroll-related journal entries in NetSuite and responding to notices received from various jurisdictions.
- The Payroll Administrator shall work closely with various departments, including HR and Sales.
- Administer the bi-weekly payroll including the calculation and processing of payroll.
- Use NetSuite and Namely to perform necessary accounting and reporting.
- Reconcile PTO between the timekeeping system and the payroll/accounting system.
