- The Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy & Enablement is responsible for developing strategies which link the $1.7B A&H Fabric Care brand objectives to customers/channels to achieve financial and market share objectives.
- Insures alignment of strategic trade and brand marketing initiatives to sales channel strategy
- Represent Sales Strategy & Enablement within the A&H LD/Unit Dose/Scent Boosters/Power Sheets Brand Teams to provide direction and insight related to customers and brand performance
- Ensures efficient management of workflow and information between Brand and Field Sales
- Ensures DSMPs are accurate and deployed based on insights from Sales Analytics and Category Management
