- The Senior Manager of Workforce Management is responsible for leading strategic execution and operational excellence in Peet’s retail coffeebars through the development and implementation of an effective workforce management (WFM) program that support labor management, reporting tools, and associated resources.
- This includes leading the management and implementation of new workforce management solutions across the retail organization.
- Their primary responsibilities are to develop, implement, maintain, and optimize WFM solutions to drive operational excellence and enable Peet’s vision and mission, motivate and engage employees, and deliver results against key performance indicators.
- Create and deploy optimizations in labor to drive business efficacy improvement, including standard operating procedures and processes supporting forecasting, scheduling, timekeeping, compliance, and capacity planning
- Support the ongoing maintenance of WFM resources in partnership with key stakeholders in IT, Retail, Training, Payroll, HR and Operations
