- We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Go-To-Market Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team.
- This role is pivotal in shaping and executing successful Go-To-Market strategies, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns that drive adoption and growth for Neo4j’s solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:Integrated Sales & Marketing Plan Development: Develop and oversee integrated sales and marketing campaign plans for top-of-funnel and mid-funnel lead generation, collaborating with the Marketing Ops team to analyze and continuously iterate for efficiency.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and sales pipeline-to-close funnel to identify friction points in conversions, collaborating with technical product marketers to develop content and tools to facilitate a smoother conversion Product Launch and Disclosure Planning: Own the product launch and disclosure calendar, working closely with product management and the technical product marketing team to execute message development, sales enablement, and marketing collateral creation.
- Conduct win-loss analysis for Graph Database and Analytics products to inform improvements in sales and marketing content and create sales enablement content.
