- The Sr. Human Resources Manager is responsible for driving the execution of key HR initiatives and processes to enable continuous improvement in the areas of organization effectiveness, staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, employment practices and compliance.

- Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions
- Assist the EHS department with workers compensation case management when needed
- Maintain accurate HRIS (Paycom), KPI reports, personnel files, job descriptions, Company policies, handbooks, vendor contracts, and other proprietary information, update in a timely manner
