- Must have fifteen years of relevant experience in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering (Marine), Electrical Engineering (Marine), Structural Analysis (Marine), Naval Architecture, Ship Design and Integration, Human Factors Engineering, and Engineering Management.
- Ten years of experience in Acquisition or Engineering Management
- Ability to apply knowledge about human capabilities and limitations to system or equipment design and development to achieve efficient, effective, and safe system performance at minimum cost and manpower, skill, and training demands
- Ability to support tasks such as task analysis, workload analysis, task allocation (between human, teams, automation, and systems), human performance analysis, human error analysis, anthropometric analysis, display design, and control design.
