- Meet the team:The Senior Equipment Development Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and sustaining systems and equipment in Dexcom’s R&D Labs. This engineer will manage the equipment technology roadmap, starting from lab-scale novel coating techniques all the way to sustaining global manufacturing with expert technical advice.
- Where you come in: You will be a R&D Technical Lead for equipment to be used in Dexcom’s Hardware Engineering Labs. You will coordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental individuals and teams and effectively leverage in-house talent and external contractors to achieve project goals and timelines.
- You are to assist in the development of requirements and specifications for new sensor manufacturing equipment, ensuring seamless transitions into pilot-scale and production-scale manufacturing.
